First you need to calculate your BMI (Body Mass Index) to check do you really need diet.
Formula: weight (kg) / [height (m)]2
Calculation: [weight (kg) / height (m) / height (m)]
With the metric system, the formula for BMI is weight in kilograms divided by
height in meters squared.
Example: Height = 168cm= 1.68 m, Weight = 70 kg
Calculation: 70 ÷ (1.68)2 = 24.80
Now you got your BMI = 24.80 we will check in table is this normal weight:
BMI Weight Status
Below 18.5---Underweight
18.5 – 24.9 ----------Normal
25.0 – 29.9 ------------Overweight
